I'm just starting out planning my son's 3rd birthday. We are going to have a baseball game as the main event with consession stand foods. I have lots of ideas but I'l love if you linked any baseball themed ideas either of your own or things you have found around the web.

Add CommentI did a baseball themed party for my son's first birthday.... we celebrated the end of his ROOKIE season! :-) Here's the link to a post I did afterwards. Let me know if I can answer any questions about it. I thought it turned out really cute.

What a great way to get ideas! You're so clever! I don't have any baseball party ideas, but if I see any I'll be sure to let you know. :)
Saw this great party at Celebrations at home. check it out here! http://celebrationsathome.blogspot.com/2010/05/sophisticated-baseball-theme.html
BTW I ♥ reading your blog ;0)
I left you a link for Cap Creations. There are several printouts at the bottom of the post.
Sounds like fun! I'm planning a Phineas & Ferb "What do you want to do today" theme for little man's 4th bday party!
I would do chocolate covered oreos on a stick and then decorate them like baseballs.
Either buy a bunch of cracker jack boxes or make something similar! I know cracker jacks have peanuts and stuff in them, so if you have any attendants that have peanut allergies, then you can create something similar without the peanuts.
Nothing like cracker jacks going hand in hand with baseball games!
Cracker Jacks! (They still make those, don't they?) Great for favors - they've got a prize built in.
I'd suggest Harry Carey glasses for all, but I think that's just us nutso Cubs fans.
You could find a template and make baseball cards of each of the kids.
Food - popcorn, peanuts, hot dogs, slushies. Nothing healthy, that's for sure. :)
At Zurchers I saw that they had some foam fingers for about $1 that would be really fun!
we are having a baseball party for my baby's 1st bday in a few weeks! we are getting a hot dog vendor to come. i'm also setting up a concession stand...but i am trying to make it all look very cute. we are going to have a wiffle ball game going too. check out my blog after june 12th tho see all the pics! bethkruse.blogspot.com
