Mod Tree decor in minutes (or A minute!)

It will seriously take you longer to read this post than it will to make these mod trees.

What you need-
Fabric scraps and this great tree punch.  You will also need a scissors, any old glue, piece of cardstock, and frame.
Cut your scraps into random tree shapes.
I cut out more than I needed so I could play with different layouts.  Punch out your tree bases.
I played around with a few color options.
The stripy ones were cut from paper I stamped with a wood grain stamp.
Use any old glue, I used plain white glue, and tack your tree to the fabric and then to the cardstock background.
Frame and enjoy!
Enjoy!

Cute idea! Just wondering if you have a button code that I can add to my blog roll since I follow you regularly? Maybe I'm blind! lol

Ok, now this is CUTE! Maybe you should sell some punched trees in your etsy shop...or even tree & fabric "kits".

I second the motion to sell punched trees in your shop. I love this, but I'm not sure I can justify spending $13 on a punch right now...

OK... seriously... I look for lots of ideas online and many seem to be 'not-so-original' ... but this one.... ADORABLE! I think I'll do this for my bestfriend's soon-to-be nursery. Thanks for such a cute idea:-)

This is great. Those trees look like a million bucks. I should try something like this with animal theme for my tots room. Thanks for linking up to Tot Tuesdays!
