Lunch Bag Hydrangeas we made the other day, just without the stem and with some ribbon ruffles added here and there. For the most part I attached all the paper circles before attaching any scrunched bits of ribbon. Once your foam balls are covered with your circles, cut a few inches of ribbon (mine was 1 1/2 inch satin) and pleat it in your hand, pick a place on your ball, glob on a big pile of hot glue and stick your ribbon in.
For the stand I used a candle stick and a bowl, both from the dollar tree (the bowl was actually 2 for $1!). With some clear silicone attache the candle stick to the bottom of the bowl. I also grabbed some faux moss rocks at the dollar tree wich made a nice bed for my hydrangea balls to sit on and a nice extra pop of color.
I'm sharing this on-
