Good news is it's wood so I could use my BFF, the staple gun. First I primed it white and put a thin layer of Pratt and Lambert Opalescent Pearl paint on for a bit of shimmer. Grab some ribbon and your staple gun, flip it over and go to town.
I left a little extra room around the last ribbon for some of the larger feather pieces. Add a picture hanger if your frame doesn't already have one, hang on wall, and load.

Now you have something to do this weekend and you'll be more organized!
